Life happens – are you ready?

Do you have life insurance?  Do you have enough?  Simple questions, right?  But for many, the topic of life insurance is not quite so simple.  Some just don't like to talk about the prospect of dying, some believe it's too expensive, or some worry about making the wrong decision about what kind or how much to buy.  Too often, many find it easier to just do nothing.

Our planning tools can help you start determining your needs.  Or, contact your Liberty Mutual representative today for a personal review of options.

Life happens to real people. Hear their realLIFEstories.

The LIFE Foundation is an organization committed to ensuring consumers have the knowledge needed to make informed insurance-buying decisions.  Below are three short videos provided by the foundation sharing the stories of real families describing how life insurance has impacted them.  As you watch each video, ask yourself, "How would you and your family manage financially if faced with a similar challenge?"

At age 30, Mark Wandall was killed in an auto accident, leaving behind his pregnant wife Melissa. Hear Melissa’s story on the impact life insurance has had on her and their daughter. When Jackie Blanchard was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, she used her life insurance policy’s death benefit to purchase her daughters a home, car and fund their future educations. Hear how Ebony and Shanna have benefited from their mother’s planning with life insurance. At age 28, Jim Winand bought life insurance when he was fit and healthy. Ten years later, he died from colorectal cancer, leaving behind a growing family. Hear Jim’s wife Remle describe how Jim’s preparation provided financial security during a difficult time.
